Won't allow me to put a tip on my credit card. I understand why you don't want to but in the end it will cost you much more then the taxes and processing fees. Your explanation of "We are trying to educate our clients that tipping is cash only" is laughable and makes no logical sense whatsoever. Your solution? Install a skimmer looking ATM which will costs the client $6 in fees in my case to leave a $7 tip? Another laughable solution. And the best part of all, That ATM is massive red flag that instantly tells an IRS Auditor, “This ATM dispenses cash for the sole purpose of funding unreported tip income.” When ATM transaction totals are matched against low reported tip income in the business, IRS will do its own math on tip percentage average from your credit card charges. That few hundred dollars a month it earns for the owner won’t put a dent in the back taxes and penalties that will be owed.
Absolutely love J Miri Hair Studio! Jamal the owner is amazing, he knows exactly how to cut, color and style! The salon is great with friendly service and do their best to get you in for any unexpected special occasions. My hair keeps looking fabulous each visit!
Not a good am experience at all. Used a group on but felt like they were doing a favor and the highlights are barely visible. It was a waste of my 74 $ . Could have spent another 25 $ at a neighbor hood Clover salon to get what my daughter wanted without the hassle to deal with poor customer service . My bad to have bought the groupon for my daughter.Learnt my lesson. Will not go though groupon again.
The stylist was wonderful. The price was outrageous. $200.00 for hi lights, cut and blow dry. Priced worse then a high end salon and when I called to complain he didn't care. He also didn't care that he lost 3 customers.
Quality hair cut and a great experience! They truly go out of their way to meet your needs and expectations and make you feel comfortable. Good with kids and adults!
Come let Jackie work her magic. Great stylist, friendly conversations. She can make it alright. KKR
You get what you pay for and I should have known better. You pay $10, you're gonna get a $10 haircut I've had long hair for quite some time and came in a couple times to get the ends trimmed and bangs cut, simple enough. When I found a hair style that I really liked which took my hair to a shorter length I went in armed with photos of the actual cut. What I ended up with is not even close to the style in the photos I came in with. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The stylist cut it way too short, not anything like depicted in the photos and made me greatly regret putting my trust in this salon, and unfortunately in her. These stylists are VERY INEXPERIENCED AND LIMITED IN THEIR ABILITIES It takes a long time to grow a considerable length of hair, This girl hacked three years of hair growth off in 20 minutes. It's not like you can just go out and make it like it was before. These are very inexperienced people working in a mass produced corporate/ WalMart like company. If you wanted a good meal would you go to a fine, established upper scale restaurant or Burger King? If you want one of the very basic limited styles they were taught at barber college or want to get your kids hair cut cheap then I guess this would be an OK place. But if you are looking for a unique, quality haircut pay the extra to go to a legit, established salon. I blame myself for making a bad decision in putting my trust in these people......
I was not traded properly maybe because of my age (62). I was very unhappy they shampoo my hair and do not used conditioning. My hair is colored and was very difficult to comb. Wen I ask for rinse I was charged extra $10.
Want a good hair cut?? Go to Jamal for a professional hair cut/ style/ color. You won't be disappointed!
