I have been going to John and Joann for over 20 years. As far as rude there's not a rude bone in their bodies. Yes they communicate in their native language. Don't we? Just because you don't speak their language doesn't mean their being rude or talking about you. Get over yourself! !! As far as being dirty? That's a blatant lie. Do you really think they can use a file one time and throw it away? Do you do that at home? NO...do I walk in and get service immediately? No, noone does. They tell you it's going to be 15 minutes or whatever. Your normally in the chair in that time. John and Joann keep doing what your doing. You've been doing it for 20 plus years and your still in business so you must be doing something right.
If you go to this salon and there is a long wait... Make an appointment and come back at that time and they will take you over the people that have been sitting there before you originally walked in. I saw this happen last night and was very disappointed in how they handled it. They took the appointment first even after the customer said she was here before the other one even walked in and made the appointment. This was very unprofessional of the company and if I wasn't in the middle of getting mine done, I would of left too. I will not be returning to this place because of that!
I went in to get a full set for my birthday, was disgusted when he pulled out the attachments from a dirty tupperware container! He tapped them on the counter to remove other peoples cells! (yes I dont know why i stayed at that point) he used a dirty, worn down file. None of the utensils he used were sterile or clean. My fingers still hurt two days later! I'm hoping I dont have an infection. Aside from cleanliness they were all friendly on entering and leaving, but no real communication while we tried speaking to them. He did turn to his partner and speak in japanese/chinese though. :( just an overall bad experience, I won't be returning.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE my friend and I waited 40 mins and they never got to us but we're taking care of the people after we came in never was I so aggravated with a salon o will go to nail fever instead
This place is awful! They are terribly rude and talk behind your back in their language. I had an apt with the owner and when I came in, I was dismissed with out even seeing him! NEVER GO THERE!
