Tusker Tax & Accounting Service

I will not be using Tusker tax again. Wayne is a nice guy but is absolutely horrible at getting back to you on things. He also needed to ask for phone numbers and birthdays multiple times even though we included them in our paper work. We received our return and everything seems fine on that end, but we have now not been able to get in contact with him for over a month.

Also who takes vacation with no notice to the client during tax season when you provide tax services!??

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. He is a nice person but his customer service is not there at all. When i first gave him my taxes he said he wOuld have them processed an sent off THAT day, i called layer that night 8pm to see if they were done, he said he would call back, a week later an then he had them complete. I have had questions about my return, I would call him, leave a message to call me back, and never get a call back. My return now still hasn't came and it's been 9 weeks. I have talked to him about this he tells me he is going to look at what's going on, says he is going to call back an doesn't. For you all that want great customer service like any paying customer should, don't come here! I'm so unsatisfied.
