I was send him my documents and my mother document wich include passports and ather thing.,to get them to embassy to make visa for us to work with atascosa health center after that he told me you have got approved frome embassy you need to pay 200@

to dhl to send you the document and i was payed and i have all thing and emails that confirm that.
