Stopped here last night, WON'T go back����. I suggest you try another Jacks if you want good food...one without OLD grease, that has good customer service. Because it's not here. The food was greasy and tasted of OLD grease, cooking area was filthy, and employees were rude. The Health Department needs to visit regularly here. If I could have gave 0 stars ★ I would. First when we drove up, the person in front of us gave their order. When it was our turn, the order window recording said they were closed. Which the window closes at 11pm not inside service. Someone addressed us and we gave our order 3 monster tacos 2 original, 1 bacon ranch. Now before I go further, please note that when we drove away it was 10:54pm, and I added a shake to my order at the window and had to wait for that to be made. Which means given the time for our order to be made, and after waiting for the car in front of us to drive off. The drive up order window was trying to close before 11pm. Suppose they could say their clock was 11pm, but most everyone goes off their phone or smartwatch for the correct time...just saying. Second, the cashier and night manager were very rude. I asked to have a chocolate malt added to my order. The cashier asked the manager if they had malts. I replied or shake if you don't have malt flavoring. Jokingly I replied you should get malt to put in the shakes it's really good...and laughed. She rolled her eyes and shook her head in a rude manner. And said "no, weez not adding any malt" laughed and told the manager who repeated the same and did the same gestures. She then asked if I wanted whip cream which I did. That was a big mistake, she got it all over my cup which got on my black dress pants and cup holder. After getting home with the tacos, they tasted of OLD grease, and they were sooooo greasy and cooked dark like over cooked. I buy these kind of tacos at Jacks all the time there not like that normally. I mentioned to the lady order taker that on Yellow Pages it showed the work hours from 4am to 4pm, her reply was "I wish ", maybe she should work somewhere else if she doesn't like her hours and doesn't perform good customer service. But my point was, what time did they close, which she replied midnight.
Sheena Nagpal is the owner of this restaurant and I think one other location. They supply food to my child’s lunch every Friday. We ordered 3 times. The first time the order was lost, so my child had nothing for lunch. The next time, the order was incorrect and the 3rd time it was cold because they deliver it way too early. We had to stop ordering. The ordering system is a google doc that does not confirm to you that the order was actually placed. You don’t receive a notification, no e-mail etc. You are always in doubt if food will actually arrive. I spoke to Sheena about correcting this problem and she assured me that it would be. She did not fix it. Other parents at the school have had similar problems.
