TriValley Flowers

AWFUL! I wanted flowers to match my mother's bouquet for her 50th Anniversary. I stopped in twice, emailed a picture and requested a special orchid. They seemed very attentive while they took my money. I arrived on my way out of town to pick up my flowers and they did NOT have what I asked for. They just substituted something completely different without asking. They had my email and phone number. They had found out they couldn't get the flower and didn't bother to call me. I want attention to detail from my florist. Never again!

The company is under new ownership. there customer service was awful, not only did they deliver the flowers late, they were almost dead, and not even the right color! it was valentines day... and I got 10 not even 12 dead yellow roses!

they cost over a $100 and when I called to complain, they hung up on me! I had to call back 16 times to get someone to answer the phone, and when they finally answered I was put on hold just to be hung up on again.

Use another flower company, or go to the grocery store... Even they have better flowers and customer service!
