Stay Away!

Horrible, horrible experience! Several months ago my vehicle was towed into MB of Pleasanton for an active body control (ABC) issue. It was released approx. one week later only to find out that the cooling fan needed to be replaced because of an error on the part of the technician (which they denied). After the cooling fan issue was resolved, the ABC issue continued and our car remained at the dealership for several months. The service manager was willing to explore the ABC issue further but at our expense. That's when we finally decided to take it to the next level. After reaching out to Mercedes Corporate things happened quickly and our issue was resolved shortly thereafter.
After THREE long months of back and forth with the dealership, our ordeal was over and we finally received our vehicle. I could go on and on but I think my point has been made. If you value your time, money and are looking for quality service, stay away from MB of Pleasanton!

Buyers beware

I have had numerous issues since I leased a car from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton, none of which to do with the car. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealer-- I love my car (had one previously as well) so definitely recommend purchasing/leasing an MB, but go to any other dealer so you don't get screwed over.

I negotiated an end of lease return along with my new lease. They told me that I would benefit by not paying return fees and the last two months on my lease. Wrong-- turns out I had to still pay those and the new lease monthly payment concurrently. I had asked to speak with management to discuss how this was poor communication to the customer and we have a right to be informed before signing anything, but the manager and owners never returned my call.

Just today (3 months after I leased), I realized that they opened a Mercedes Benz Visa Credit Card, which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I feel violated since they somehow ran paperwork through which I did not sign. (I would have never know since I didn't receive anything in the mail-- only because I checked my online BOFA account).

I've had an unfortunate experience and I will never go back to this dealer, Fremont is much more straightforward (where I had leased the old car from, I regret going to Pleasanton). Poor communication, poor customer service, sneaky business, leads to unsatisfactory customer experience.
