American Airlines Inc City Ticket Office

#AmericanAirlines #fail!!!! My 70 yr. old parents are stuck in Chicago at O’Hare after a two-day nightmare and are stuck with no where to stay, no money left because their trip was extended two days and no transportation!!! No help from customer service or at the airport. #help Flight was cancelled from San Diego because of mechanical issues, so they were delayed to the next day. Then they finally make a connecting flight to Chicago and they cancel on the runway, and now they’re stuck with nothing until 8:15 am tmrw?!?! Unacceptable
