Great Service

As a board member of California Writers Club, Mt. Diablo Branch, we use this store frequently. Ron, the manager, is very accommodating and friendly, gives us excellent service and good rates. From flyers to entire books, they do a great job.

Overall
Disorganized and packages lost!

This is the most disorganized place- there is new staff every week (that appears not to be trained). I had a package lost and a slip in my mailbox saying it arrived. When this happened the owner seemed to think it was no big deal, I waited a week and then asked him again- he seemed puzzled (perhaps it was no big deal to him!) and then said it would take him a lot of time and expressed irritation towards me. The owner seems very confused most of the time and doesn't really care.

Many times I went in there, I would see a customer yelling- where is my package! So, I know I was not alone.

The owner would never take responsibility and passed it off to staff that had alread left (they never last more than 2-3 weeks).

Proceed with caution! I hope they are improving.

This is just my experience and yours could be great
