Pleasant Villa Retirement Home

This place is the greatest. My Mom was depressed after Dad died, and angry with us about making her move to AL. But she fell in love with the caring atmosphere of this retirement home. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there.

I have had the privledge of working with the Usry's in the retirement home through ministry. Sometimes we would bring the children from the ministry up and they would talk and play with the residents. Once we even brought our ministry to have church there, and look forward to doing so in the future. They have a wonderful dog. He loves the children and the residents, a golden retriever. It is a place of peace and serenity, with a spark of life, as our loved ones began to wind down and enjoy the peace and joy of love. The owners of this ministry have been supporters of our ministry for years in funding, love, and prayers. No stonger faith, or love of people have I seen, as I have seen in Dr. Kenneth and Linda Usry. Ms. Usry runs the home, not because she has to, but because she loves the people. You can feel safe with your loved ones here, they will have the love of God surrounding them.
