Called John's to repair a Kenmore Washing machine. The technician came hour late of his appointment, complained about the litter box in the laundry room which my wife removed and continue to complain the smell is too strong and just left. I called John's to talk to him, the only thing he said was that it's his only technician and if i want fix, I would bring it in. I did not get any apologies from the technician or the manager nor did they recommend someone else. It was they way or highway.

I received a price estimate and hired John's. without notice, they tried to raise the price. They were also rude on the phone acting like I knew nothing. When I asked for the original quote to be honored, John told me to hire somebody else because he didn't like doing this kind of work and hung up. Rude and I would NEVER deal with again.

First place we did business with when we moved to Plattsmouth in 1997. They have helped nurse my old HVAC system and a few household appliances. When the time came for new, they replaced my entire HVAC system including heat pump/AC. Almost every appliance in my house came from John's. I wouldn't go anywhere else! John also does everything he can to support the community and the veterans in our town. Shop local! Shop John's Appliance!

Needs to update business hours! Said they were open until 8pm but went at 6:30 and they were closed :( They close at 6pm monday - friday

Had 2 different companies out to diagnose my AC unit...given the run around and charged $700. was told I needed a $1,000 'A' coil. Called John's appliance and they had it diagnosed in 10 minutes as a fried relay. Part cost $50. Could have saved myself a lot money. Don't call the big names, they just want your money!

Whenever I have dealt with John's Appliance I have been treated with courtesy and caring. God bless John's Appliance.
