One word explains my experience...Horrible!
It's sad that I have to write a review this bad. This location is run by two managers/part owners that do not care about their members whatsoever. They set up the gym according to how they workout. They leave a huge open space in the middle of the gym for their spartan race training instead of bringing in more equipment since it is needed with how many members there are. Patrick (the general manager) dismisses any concerns and says "if you don't like it, don't workout here". This is terrible customer service on top of the other magnitude of problems with the gym. The tvs on the cardio equipment are always broken, the bathrooms and locker rooms are always dirty, the key card on the door is always broken so you have to hope someone will open the door during non staffed hours or you can't get in. There is one squat rack and always a line to use it. The group exercise room has a broken AC unit and the list of problems go on. Terrible customer service tops off the list. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Yaniv always has your best interests in mind. Here, you're family. Here, you're not just a paying member. Here, you're a beast. If you're looking to see results and commit yourself, Yaniv will get you there. He cares about his students, and that's not easy to find. You commit to him, he does the same in return. OSS. If you don't know what that means, you'll find out soon ;)
a great gym for goal oriented gym goers; you want to get in the best shape of your life, they will push you to it. even the group classes feel like private lessons. The classes are friendly and everyone motivates you one way or another. All levels included from beginners to the more extreme/ advanced classes for the gym heads.
I have been going to this gym for a week, so far so good. The above comment about it being dirty is very wrong. Everything is very clean and it smells clean. The bathroom is very clean, no dirty toilets inside.I left my children 4 yrs old and 2 yrs old in the childcare and they were very happy when I came for them. It's a simple room with lot's of nice toys and other items for older children, the room is kept clean. My 4 year old daughter told me she wanted to go there again to play. The staff are very helpful, and when I signed up to join, there was at least 5 people coming and going greeted by their name.I was a member at L.A, Fitness and I was never greeted by name, there was always different people at the desk, felt lost.I wanted more from a gym, where you feel like family; and I get that vibe from them.Their prices are very reasonable. Their studio for classes is very big and clean, they have a spinning room in the back and a Pilates Reformer Studio. Very nice.If you want a real opinion go visit the gym and see for yourself how nice it is.
