Massey Yardley Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

Went in to look at their 2012 Dodge Challenger. They were asking way too much for it. I told them what I was willing to pay and I was rather firm on my offer - it was a good offer considering I can get a 2013 for cheaper, but I really liked their 2012. The pre-owned car manager, Bill Grillo, was very rude. He had an attitude with me from the get go. He was not willing to do any business with me and even told me so. I was on my way out when I asked for his card to report him to corporate. He told me to leave and that he would call the police on me. I was on my way out the door when Bill and another salesman followed me and my two children out the door. They were antagonizing and make comments. One of the two stepped to my 18 year old son. They also told me I was a piece of s***. At that point, 3 other sales men came out to get involved. They are very unprofessional, nasty people. I would NEVER, EVER do business with them.

Had the WORST experience at this dealership. Spent over 5 hours there to get one simple warranty part fixed that had been diagnosed and part ordered in my prior 2 hour visit there.



Repair guy was incredibly rude and even CHOOSE to work on other cars before mine. When he finally started on mine, I asked for an update after it came down off the lift and was told he still needed 30 more minutes. They couldn't give me an answer as to why after being there 5 hours and my car now being down off the lift, he was CHOOSING to again work on another car instead of finishing mine. When he finally brought my car to the front, he came peeling out of the garage and screeched the tires. Another worker was there and saw it all. I asked him to come with me to talk to my service writer and he said he "didn't want to get involved." Unreal. You work for the dealership providing me horrific service. I doubt he would be ok with someone driving his car or treating him like this. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
