        Overall

        This company is the title company for Fannie Mae on their closings in Florida. Our bank uses secure e-mails to send financial data and to protect from identify theft, Kahane refuses to accept secure e-mails and in return threatens to cancel your real-estate contract. It took Tanya at Kahane 3 days of trying to figure out how to open a pdf and she still couldn't do it, my bank had to fax the HUD. Furthermore, they only accept wire transfers for closings, no cashier checks, will not release keys to house until 72 hours after closing and will not do closings on Friday.
