Buggy website, rude employees. I spent 30 minutes trying to buy something online from their website. Their website kept defaulting my address to California instead of Minnesota and then my delivery address as my billing address so when I put in my card, it was declined because the address for the card didn't match. I re-entered it like 3 times before finally just calling the store. A man gets on the phone and tries to help me through it. Then he tells me "Oh, we don't actually have the item you're trying to buy in stock." I'm like, "That's weird because I see the item in my cart." He rudely replies "Why is that weird?" Uh, because IT'S IN MY CART????? If you don't have the item that I just spent 30 minutes trying to buy, why does your website say "in stock" and allows me to attempt to purchase it??? He told me the website updates every night and that it must have sold today. An apology would nice for the buggy website and total waste of my time, not attitude for me wondering why in the world you would list an item I can't have. Get it together over there.
