Mr. Shadle never could diagnose my low testosterone. He diagnosed but never bothered to treat Bell's palsy in left side of face. He never gave me an injection to reverse it, leaving me permanently disfigured. I later got Bell's palsy right side of my face. I went to a real doctor who gave me an injection and it went away within a week. This man is just barely qualified to dig ditches. Each time I visit this clinic I am impressed with the friendly but professional manner in which I am treated.
As a new patient I completed and submitted all required medical forms, my Texas D.L., and medical insurance cards before my scheduled appointment in July, 2017. Upon arrival I was told the doctor was called away for an emergency at a hospital. So, I rescheduled for August 2, 2017 and arrived for appt. 30 minutes early. The receptionist told me that there was no paperwork on file for me. I'd have to do it all over again...very time-consuming forms. I walked out and booked an appointment for October with another ophthalmic surgeon in Bedford, instead of Plano. The receptionist at Dr. Ali's office did not even say, "I'm sorry we lost your documents." Very unprofessional. In my case, I'd prefer to wait for competence.
Dr Lenora is an amazing doctor,she was my doctor when I had my baby 11/21/2014 in medical center plano,I was in labour and didn't dilate and she did the Cesarean section,I ran into my son's birth certificate and couldn't help myself but come look for her online and say thank you. I suggest if you're coming to see this doctor...BEWARE of the crazy Dr's husband/manager. He does not refrain from harassing, cursing or threatening. I can NOT believe the service here! The gentlemen that answers the phone calls at the front claims to be the doctors husband - (saqib is the name). He was so rude over the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous. I was asking to get an appointment for my mother and I and he completely blew up on me when I asked him when would be the earliest appointment and if I had any other questions concerning my Gynocologist needs. He says it would be illegal for the doctor to answer any questions at the time of my appointment. Who says that? A doctor consultation appointment is when I have the right to speak to the doctor with my concerns. He says that's illegal. UNBELIEVABLE! When I asked for his name he refused to tell me his name and in return threatened me and hung up. When I called again for his name - he said very loudly that I was not allowed to be seen by the doctor and I can do whatever the "hell" I wanted. He said he was the manager of the doctor office and he was the doctors husband. Never will I deal with that again.
Good family doctor. I wish he would tell me a little more about what I need to be doing, but he's very good at treating illnesses or giving proper referrals once you get them. Really nice guy.
