My experience with the company was ok but with the finance manager and finance team was horrible I would never deal with them again they made us feel like we was criminals or like we was commenting a crime I personal called the owner and he personally called me back which is Finley Ewing and he was very nice, but I could tell that nothing was going to be taken care of over the way we was treated it was unacceptable and I we was in line to get our deal finished and they took people in front of us and we ended up sitting in this dealership again half a day on Valentine’s Day! Rob Wooten needs to be dealt with this is not ok to treat people like he treated us! I just have to throw this out there also if you do go with this company use Rebecca Perry for your purchase because she goes above and beyond to get you what you want and need and get you out of there!

This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repaired. A few days later after I got the car I washed my car and looked on my roof and saw the terrible hail damage repair. I guess that was my bad for not checking on top of the roof of my SUV before buying the vehicle. I took my car in because I noticed an inside panel was misaligned causing a gap between the door and the window. When I got my car back I noticed they put a dent in my door trying to fix the panel. I took my car back for them to fix the dent. The manager of service Michael Kinheart told me they would keep my car for most of Saturday to repair. They didn't do any work on my car on Saturday because the dent repair people didn't work on that day. He failed to tell me that prior to me dropping my car off. I called him Sat, Mon and Tues and he would not return my call to let me know when my car would be ready. Additionally, I have an app on my phone that tells you if your car is unlocked and running. Monday night I happened to check my app and my car was sitting on their lot unlocked with the window down. My husband went to the lot at 10:45pm to go close my window because their was a big thunderstorm that was coming. He got to the car and rolled the window up right as the rain was starting. This dealership is careless and does not take care of your vehicle when it is in their care.
5 star PLUS rating! This was an amazing used-car buying experience! My husband was sincerely impressed. We worked with Gary and Michael, and they were honest, open, efficient, no haggle, no pressure! The whole place is kind and accommodating! They're so friendly, working for the customer and their best needs, as well as the kids that tag along hahaha! We originally drove out to Auto Class for what we thought was going to be our ideal vehicle, but it turned out to be something we didn't want. In no time at all Gary found us something else to check out that turned out to be more than ideal! Michael worked us a great deal with the banks, and overall the process was fairly quick! We were so comfortable there, never felt any pressure. These guys and gals know what they're doing, and will go the extra mile to help you through any part or the whole of the car buying process. They've got a shop right next door that takes care of repairs and inspections. It's a tight lot, but lots of vehicles to check out. Absolutely gotta go see these guys for that one-of-a-kind used car buying experience you've been wishing for! We're so happy.
When you drive a certified vehicle off the lot you don't expect to have it serviced two week after owning it. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle here. I bought a 2016 certified Toyota Tacoma from these guys. This vehicle had 50 miles on it. They told me that this vehicle was thoroughly inspected. I believe 160-point inspection. When I drove off the lot with my truck I noticed the alignment was out, my steering wheel was shaking. I called the Internet sales manager Stephen Putman and he told me that they do not have the means to test the vehicle on the highway since they surrounded by toll ways. I also asked them if they could put air in the tires because they were low and Stephan replied that he would. They didn't. I informed if of that and he told me just to drive on them and they will fill up. Very unprofessional. Two weeks later, my truck doesn't start. I had to get a new battery for it because the one that they provided malfunctioned. I decided to bring my truck in so that they could align my tires today and they did just that. I asked them about taking care of the battery and they blamed it on the weather. I than got a call from Stephen telling me they would refund the battery only if I could go get the old battery from the shop, pay them to get it back and drive all the way back to give them the battery and just maybe I’ll get a refund from the shop. A side note they don't ensure batteries at any car shop. That's not the problem. the problem is no one should have to pay 165 to replace a battery on a certified inspected vehicle they just brought or have to waste time and gas to drive back to have it aligned when they should have done that when they inspected the first time.I am happy they entertained the idea of a refund, but disappointed in the quality of their inspections and unwillingness to work with me through have to bring my truck that they assured me was inspected back to the shop for repairs.

After calling ahead to see if they had the car we were looking for, we arrived and they already had the process started for us, had the car detailed and filled with gas. I had told them my husband needed to leave for work about 2 hours after arriving. They did everything in such fast and efficient manner. But always courteous and kind, GREAT & exceptional customer service. We test drove, financed and signed in under two hours, they got us out with 7 minutes to spare!! Now thats what I call GREAT customer service.Chris Rice helped us and was Excellent!!!
RUN AWAY from this dealership!!! Absolute fraud and deceptive business practices with no level of integrity. BEWARE. We have been Mercedes owners for years, and never have we experienced a level of absolute abysmal customer service as we encountered when purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of Plano. They are everything a slimy car dealer stereotype represents. Dishonest and double dealing to the core, with no ethical standards of honoring agreed upon contract terms, do NOT trust their word and do not even think about driving any considerable distance to finalize pick-up of what you have been promised. Go ANYwhere else and it will save you hundreds or thousands of dollars after you drive off the lot and realize that they have fraudulently bait-and-switched your terms for those that add significant additional costs that you are liable for after the purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership like the plague.

Beware of anything you buy from Porche Plano and Rainer Buehlmaier. Bought a car that I was told was in excellent condition. 2 day after I bought it the rain washed off their very good paint cover up job on the hood. Turns out it has clear coat failure and has to be stripped and repainted. Their only response was "it's a used car and was sold AS IS". Buyer beware of this dealership!
