If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. The leasing and management staff is utterly incompetent; in 18 months, my two-year-old daughter and I had three 'maintenance warnings' delivered to us that did not apply to us at all. We put up with ridiculously loud upstairs and downstairs neighbors at all hours of the night who were never asked by management, after I kindly asked the neighbors in person, to cease their midnight construction and parties. Our hot water heater went out twice and was not fixed for at least three days each time. We had several packages 'lost' in the office over two Christmas vacations in a row. The ac/heating units are VERY loud. The final straw was when I went in 90 days ahead of time to notify the office I wouldn't be renewing my lease; a leasing agent REFUSED to take my lease termination, and he claimed his manager would not see me, nor would he offer her contact information.

I have lived at The Giovanna for two years now- They have exceptional amenties such as 4 pools, hot tub, steam room,dry sauna- billiards room-conference center- business center - unbelieveable fitness room with complimentary trainer- yoga classes- car wash- car vacuum center- playground- garden areas and tranquility gardens- putting green-CARES team for resident functions- Starbucks coffee bar- movie center- WiFi at two pool areas and great customer service- oh at the life size checker board. Apartments are available with upgraded features such as wood flooring and stainless steel apliances. i have truly enjoyed my exoperience here and continue to sign up for those lease renewals, I work in the area and with 75 within site- freeway access is at my door step. Great restaurants, movie theatres and shopping are also close for my convenience.
