After 2 satisfactory experiences with them - one interior and one exterior - they disappointed us. We would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They sent a subcontractor who was sloppy, didn't clean up, left poor quality painting. When we complained, the owner was unresponsive and unapologetic. Do not use them.
I used these guys 4 times at my home over the past 5 years. During the previous 3 jobs, they painted the outside of my home and several rooms inside the house and I was satisfied. I had a completely different experience on my last job. They took way too long and would disappear for long periods of time right in the middle of prime painting time. They were leaving my home to go work on another. Their quality was horrible and their manager Darick would never return my calls. I think they were too busy expanding and decided that customer service could slide. I can't tell you how happy I was when I finally got them out of my house and became a FORMER customer. My advice to you is "proceed with caution".
