We needed a camper cushion shortened and they did a great job. As if that were not enough, the owner delivered the cushion to our home when he was finished with it, saving us a trip back to the store. We will use them again for our sewing needs, both with clothes and with cushions.

I was very impressed

First time in many years I had that wonderful experience when coming to the

tailor shop. Professional and very friendly. Everything was done right without

any extra visits. And my project was not simple: several men's and women’s

Latin dance costumes for international competition in Europe. Plus, they did

it from just a sketch or basically our idea and created beautiful custom pieces.

We are planning to order more sets in the future and possible starting our own

line of dance ware with help of the shop owner, Laura. Thank you Silhouette.

Very good and efficient service for the lowest possible price. I wish my dental office will be at list some what
similar in their customer ( patient ) care as this shop.
I took a pair of pants in to have a broken clasp replaced
For $4.95 , I've got: - a new pair of clasps sewn to replace broken, thick special thread (which did match the original thread color ) and within 15 minutes I was ready to go. Exellent euro quality service and very reasonable price. Thanks. John S.

Horrible service, terrible customer service, inflated prices

I took a pair of pants in to have a clasp put on (extremely simple thing). For $10, I got:
- a cheap pair of clasps sewn ON TOP of my broken clasps
- thick cheap thread (which did not match the original thread) sewn in squiggly lines all over

When I told the lady that it was not done right, she rushed and re-did the entire thing in less than 3 minutes (not exaggerating here). After 3 minutes, I got:
- a cheap pair of clasps sewn with horrible stitching and thread
