Been coming here for years for service as well as purchases. I brought my suz intruder in for service and had about a 2 hour wait to get an estimate. I waited with my laptop and visited with the staff. While i was there i saw the hand written sign for specials on atv's. I spent some time with aj talking about atv's for my nephew. When I decided that I wanted a motorcycle, I did a lot of research and then I sat on a lot of motorcycles at a lot of dealerships. Some sales people where very pushy or had no time at all for my numerous questions, while others would just pretended that I did not exist. In then end, my final decision was between four motorcycles and one was the Suzuki V-Strom DL650A. I had previously visited Plano Kawasaki Suzuki and I liked the sales approach which was informative without being pushy or bashing competing brands. I called them to ask if they had a DL650 that I could sit on, and the answer was no, but that they where expecting one to arrive in a few weeks and then they took down my contact information and promised to give me a call. They did. I had a sit and the bike felt good, but I also went for a sit on a couple of Honda models and a Yamaha at other dealerships. About a week later I bought the Suzuki. The after sales support has also been great. I have ordered parts, and a shop manual, and such and I get a call as soon as a part comes in. I think the best part of my experience was the relaxed, no pressure and informative sales approach that I experienced as a new rider. When I took delivery on my new moto, one of the sales people, Tom, geared up and went for an hour ride with me to make sure that I was comfortable on the bike. My V-Strom was a lot bigger than the tinny motorcycles in my MSF basic rider class, but after some parking lot practice drills and the ride with Tom, I was sure I had made a good choice. For those who are just starting out, I would recommend getting some help sorting out all the issues involved in choosing a good model for a first bike from the folks at Plano Kawasaki Suzuki.

I recently bought a Boulevard S40 from these guys and my experience was great. I have a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 650 that I wanted to add LED Lighting to and frame sliders. When I called and spoke to Bob Bishop in the parts department, he quoted me a great price...50% less than I was quoted at another dealership. I drove in, dropped her off, was told it would take a few hours and would be done in the afternoon. I came back to pick her up and everything was perfect. On top of that, I thanked them for giving me a great price and told them what I was offered at the other dealership. Bob explained that after it was all said and done, it took longer than expected and it would have cost me about the same of what I was originally quoted by the first dealer. Nonetheless, he said they would stick to their original quote and I was incredibly grateful. A business that stands by their word is a business worth going to. I highly recommend anyone to go see Bob and his crew at Plano-Kawasaki-Suzuki. They are a good group of guys!

Had my bike towed for flat tire, tow truck tied my bike down wrong, the service guys let me know and went out of their way to take pictures to help me get my money from the damage that was caused by the towing company. Great service will always get my bike serviced here.

Service dept, If your looking for professial service for your motorcycle with years of experiance to back it up than this is the place. Bob Bishop at Plano Kawasaki suziki has been working on my vintage hondas for almost 20 years. He has rebuilt my 66 superhawk and this year he rebuilt my 76 cb750 . They are maticulous with my vintage machines as many other mechanics are lacking in this area! Dropped off a wheel and tire yesterday that has been powdercoated black. Removed old tire and installed new one without a scratch on it ! I live in uptown,so the drive across town is well worth the service. I know the job will b done right the first time .

My experience with PKS has been outstanding so far. I dropped my bike off for service on Saturday not expecting a repair quote until Middle of the week. I was notified on Monday the quote had been processed, and just needed approval to order parts and begin the work. Kevin the service writer was honest with me, told me what I would be charged for labor and parts up front and was even nice enough to look for potential discounts for me to help save money. I have been turned away by other dealerships telling me they don't work on my bike or aren't qualified to service my machine, PKS quickly told me what they could do for me, instead of what they wouldn't. I am a very loyal person and they have earned my trust, my business and my recommendation to other bike owners. Keep up the great work PKS! I know my net visit will be just as pleasant as my first!

Service after the sale.... So to follow up on my Jet-ski purchase, one of them was getting moisture in the display unit. Called AJ up and Bob, the service manager assured me they would not "fail" in the middle of the lake. Stopped by on my way to Ray Hubbard, and they got all the information and looked at it, ordered the part, then I took them back in once the part was here. Being new to Jet-skis, I asked AJ to have her guys look them over to make sure I wasn't doing anything stupid. She calls me up later that week to tell me the tires are wearing uneven and need to be "aligned". She sent the trailer out to the trailer shop, and had a new axle and 2 BRAND NEW TIRES put on!!! She even got me a spare, so I wouldn't have issues in the future. AWESOME customer service from my extended family at Plano Kawasaki Suzuki!
