Ate at the one on Parker rd. & tollway,



The person running the front I give a zero for customer service. The manager i would expect better a zero as well , I ordered the special scechzuan chicken it was salty could not eat it it was so bad tried to take a couple bites with rice but did not help too salty. Told lady it was salty she said she would exchange and then asked me to pay for the exchange. I said forget it left the dish un eaten and asked for managers number. Left and called manager who answered the phone and told me he would find out wether i ate the food or not and call me back. He called me back and told me he can give me a credit for next time and started telling me about how he cant just give people refunds. At this point i told him this is simple customer service and all that needed to be done was exchange the food and he started to say over and over again how he cant do that or everyone would do it. I said thats fine i do not plan on ever returning . I would just call my cc company amex and hopefully they will retract charges cause its not about 8$ its the principle and this place has no customer appreciation nor service will not be returning and will try to let as many people as I can know so they dont have to go through the headache.

I really wish that I could give this place ZERO stars. Very salty food - I wonder what they are trying to cover up. The $1.15 egg roll is tiny and stale.

The crab rangoon was also small and stale, and was the first thing I noticed had a very salty tasty.

The fried rice was just brown rice, but after it was all said and done it was the best part, other than the pre-packaged fortune cookie, which should have read “Don’t eat Lover’s Egg Roll food.”

The general S. chicken was no better than something you’d buy frozen and nuke in the microwave, as long as you also plan on adding lots of salt.

To top it off, I got the wrong amount of change back after I tipped the delivery person. That’s on me, but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt that they aren’t out to gip me. Don’t expect a receipt. Maybe that’s a Chinese culture thing.

we ordered from the location on coit and Campbell and had the sweet and sour chicken and it was so dry and I ended up getting really sick from it. I work at a hotel and will not recommend this place
