I paid $255.00 to fix my clothes dryer. They had to order the part and came back and installed it but it still didn't fix the problem. then they said I need a new motor another $170.00. I said I can buy a new Dryer for what they were charging. I refused to go any further so the technician took back the ordered part and said they would give me my refund. Over three weeks later I still don't have a refund. They are dodging me and not doing the right thing. I should only be charged the $69.00 house call, not a dime more since they didn't fix my dryer and they took back the part. They are forcing me to take legal action.
THis was the first time I have used this company and I was very pleased with the work there repairman did. His name was Fady. He showed me what he was doing during all the repair work done. His work was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the work done on my refrigerator. I will use this company again and hope to have Fady do the work. P. Kirkpatrick
Don't bother. Worked out an appt for them to come repair my fridge. They had my information and the lady even said there was tech nearby. Should not be a long wait. My mistake for not calling them sooner than late afternoon to find out what happened. However, very disappointed to find out they had no record of my calling or information; thus the reason for no one showing up. Very frustrating!!!
