I've only been a resident for a month and so far so good. ALL of the maintenance personnel are great and they go beyond the call of duty.....at least they have for us. Again, it's only been a month so I'll be back as time goes by to see if anything has changed.

Our apts in Gladstone Mo are a mess. Trah compactor keeps breaking down. Trash stacked up outside the building. Elevators break down constantly. The walls have dings in them. We have no staff anymore. Pam is nasty and runs them off. And she is nasty to residents too.
Firstly, this new management company has made major improvements that the old company, pinnacle had never done. This wonderful company had replace the roofs, cables, paint, update the appliances & etc. They have a fabulous new maintenance crew; who actually works & fixes the problems. However, the old company did not do anything, so now this fabulous company is getting blame for the old company pinnacle who never fixed anything and they love to raise you rent yearly. But here!! The lease manager & staff is so awesome!!! Thank you for caring ! Kay
These people do NOT care about you or the safety of your family! I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and recently a giant truck has been parking directly underneath my patio making access into my home extremely easy. After voicing my concerns multiple times I finally had to go into the office to find someone to talk to. I explained that I am 7 months pregnant and my husband travels for business, and that its a safety issue to allow this truck to give anyone simple access to my patio and therefore my home. I was told "TOO BAD" and that they may be able to get the truck to not park there if I rent the garage next to me for $60 a month! We have gotten numerous letters on our doors previously asking people not to park in front of their garages, and suddenly its magically allowed. These people care more about $60 a month than the safety of myself and my family. DISGUSTING business practices and HORRIBLY rude.
BEWARE!!! These people are scrum lords. I don't know how they stay in business. I had to threatened to take them to court ,for them to return my deposit after I moved out. They never fixed anything while I was a tenant. Cindy is incapable of running anything let alone a realty business. And Stanley should not be allowed to have a real estate license. I'm in the process of writing the Texas Real Estate commission and contacting the better business bureau. Be prepared to fight with these people if you decide to do business with them.
Poor maintenance, slow response and lack of attention to property are the primary concerns here. In an older building you expect certain inconveniences (terrible TV & internet options, older fixtures, etc) but the issues here go far beyond that. There is only one maintenance worker on staff so most service requests require a contractor to be hired. Security doors/gates are regularly broken and no amount of reporting to the office leads to resolution.Mold is also a big problem - I've had mold issues in my unit twice in the last 8 months and numerous other reviews mention mold as well. Drainage is poor in high-traffic areas so after rainstorms there are spots with standing water for 3-5 days afterwards. When we moved in the rates were somewhat competitive but now the rent has increased significantly. If you love this area and are willing to pay rent in that ballpark take a look at Junction 15 instead - more contemporary building with much better amenities!
I spent 16 months dealing with this company. The first 11 months were great, besides a few hiccups with them not responding to messages. When it came time for me to renew my lease, everything went south, quickly. Without explaining the specific situational details, which would be irrelevant to any other Owner/Tenant- it was a nightmare to deal with Jerry. He is one to "flex" his "power" whenever he chooses. I could not reach him on the phone after calling at least 60 times. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to meet him at his "office", but only received the most nasty emails in return. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their exchanges peaceful, as I always do. I was degraded and disrespected by him through every correspondence until I moved out. I am not sure what was going on, but in all my years of dealing with businesses- I have never dealt with someone who was disrespectful on his level. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company. He told me many times that he did not work for me and was not willing to help me as a tenant. And by help, he means he wouldn't explain the strangely prorated charges they were saying I owed. I just wanted a statement of what was being charged. The property was amazing, I can't say enough good things about the house or the price- but it simply wasn't worth it.
Our neighbor has his grill next to his garage unattended with very high flames almost hitting the trees and apartment. (he does this all the time, yet nobody will make him stop) The guy across from us has a VERY aggressive dog, it tried to attack both of my dogs who hide behind me in fear. Then a few minutes ago we watched the same dog charge another small dog growling and barking. Then he brought his aggressive dog to us while we were trying to unload groceries, the dog was trying to get into all of our bags and trunk. The front office does not care because they are already trying to force us to leave. My dogs have been attacked twice now by people who have dogs that are not allowed here and are not on leashes. Its very frustrating to see the same people breaking the rules that we are being accused of. A guys 90lb unleashed pitbull attacked my 30lb beagle and we got a complaint filed against us! This place is ridiculous! Nothing but harassment and bullying from the front office. Oh and for a week we couldn't use our front door, between the random bricks falling and the power washing of my window. We still cant use our stairs safely because there are still bricks and rocks laying all over the stairs. We were NEVER told anyone would be working on our front door. Also, when maintenance enters my home (which is about 4 times a month for reasons i still don't know) my dog barks because two strange men are in my home. So of course we get a noise complaint because my crated dogs barked at 2 strange men who wondered around in my home. I can't make arrangements for my dogs because the time frame is always Monday to Friday 8-5. They won't give you any kind of a better range. Every weekend at the pool there are groups of drunk people who do not live here that are blasting music and smoking weed. Again the staff does not care. I love our home, but I do not feel safe here at all. I am terrified of my home being burnt down or being attacked by the several aggressive unleashed dogs. I have brought this to the staffs attention, and all the said was they didn't know anything about that and that was the end of it. They told me to just dial 911 every time. I'm not wasting the plano pds time on stuff the apartment should handle....since it is in the contract we all signed when we moved in!!
I dealt with this company for one year recently in 2014-2015. PLEASE read the reviews here. They are extremely accurate about this company and what you will be dealing with if you use them.
They are a complete scam. I called them and my realtor called them. They basically took my application fee and ran. They don't answer the phone and when you call Pei-Wen Ting she says she will call you back and won't. It doesn't take longer than a week for your background, credit, and previous rental history to come back. I moved to Texas from Arkansas in the hopes of better opportunities for my family and all I get is scammed and the run around. That fake realty company is incompetent of doing what real realtors are suppose to do. If they continue to get business I feel sorry for whoever does business with them. I wish my realtor and I would have read the reviews on them before hand.
I had my personal vehicle broken into on a Friday and had to send the vehicle to the shop to be repaired. I had to drive out of town to borrow a family members vehicle stay the night out of town and drove straight back to work Saturday morning. I returned from work at 5:30pm which was too late to inform the office so I parked in visitor parking. I woke Sunday morning at 6:00am and the family members vehicle I had borrowed was towed by Safari Towing located roughly 17 miles away from the complex in another city (972-548-9400) After speaking with Safari Towing they informed me they have a contract with the apartments to tow vehicles and the apartments receive a cut of all vehicles towed on the property which explains why my vehicle would have been towed from an authorized spot. Total Expenses Incurred by bad business practices and targeting of residents to increase profits.291.65 towing fee. (The company Safari Towing stated they towed the vehicle at exactly midnight) Being as a family member has to come into town and take off of work to retrieve the vehicle it will not be completed until after midnight tonight at which point an additional 71.65 added per 24 hours at midnight. Total 363.30 (this is prior to tax as I have not retrieved the vehicle yet.)So ultimately for following stated Tribeca policy of parking non tagged cars in visitors parking I had a vehicle towed, was charged at minimum 363.30, missed a meeting had to have 2 separate parties take tomorrow, Monday off of work which equals roughly $1,400.00. All of which to retrieve an illegaly towed vehicle. When I asked Tribeca to comment on the business practices with Safari towing they implied (its at the discresion of the towing company) Obviously from the numbers reviews (in the 100's from multiple websites including yelp.com, apartmentratings.com, yahoo.com/info, yellowpages.com, rent.com and many many more) This Apartment company seems to be adhering to illegal and harassing business practices of its tenants. It's going to be a long 11 months and 2 weeks.
