Scheduled a rental just before the Christmas Holidays. We do this normally when we are driving a long distance. They were out of cars, but the desk was very helpful on finding a car for us. We ended up in the perfect car for the trip. We ended up keeping the car longer than expected, and with a simple phone call extended the rental. I would use National Car Rental again.

I have always used Enterprise. Now that I live in Texas, I will stay with Enterprise. The cost has increased but what hasn't. I am greeted when I enter the business and this location has great people who wants the best for their customers.
We rented a Penske from this location over the weekend and have had the worst experience with them. I guess Penske only trains 1 person per location and that one person happened to be on vacation when we went to pick up our truck. No one had any idea how to rent the truck when we showed up at 4:30 on friday. We were there for an hour and a half just waiting for someone to figure out how to rent the truck out to us. The guy who ended up filling out our paperwork did not write the correct information on it even. Our truck's fuel gauge did not work correctly which was not in our agreement and it said we had also rented a furniture dolly. When I returned our truck in Colorado Springs, the lady immediately blamed me for the issue with the fuel gauge and thankfully didn't charge me for the dolly because my receipt didn't reflect any charges for one. Also no one knew how to hook up the trailer when we came back for it the next morning. The guy who was helping us was trying to figure it out as he went and I ended up actually having to go grab a brochure on how to hook it up properly so we could get it done. Home Depot and Penske really need to get their act together in order to help customers with renting trucks. I will never rent a Penske again or recommend them to anyone because of this experience.
"Waste of time reserving online"I made an online reservation for a car a few days before my travel date and called Hertz the day before to make sure they had received my reservation. I was told that everything was fine and then on the actual day of pickup, I was told they had absolutely no car available on their lot! Apparently, they had rented out all their cars the evening before. So I questioned the purpose of their reservation service to which they had no answer. We lost a lot of time waiting around for a car to become available and eventually had to take our own car. Terrible service!
