So my report is from many visits, quite varied issues, & varied ages of vehicles.Every time they are very straightforward about what is wrong, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They are no fluff, very honest and realistic. Waiting room is comfortable, free Wi-Fi, beverages clean attractive restroom - rare in an independent auto shop.There's NO bait & switch or upsell. Recently we had a headlight problem, they thought they fixed it. By the time I got home it was not working again. Mike apologized but without arse-kiss (awesome, not necessary), credited us with the unnecessary new light bulb and labor, then fixed the deeper issue when I had time to get the car back to them.I appreciate the easy key drop after hours, so much better then fighting traffic to get there before they close so they can start in the early a.m.CALL for an appointment, they are great at assessing when they can get to work on your vehicle.

This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repaired. A few days later after I got the car I washed my car and looked on my roof and saw the terrible hail damage repair. I guess that was my bad for not checking on top of the roof of my SUV before buying the vehicle. I took my car in because I noticed an inside panel was misaligned causing a gap between the door and the window. When I got my car back I noticed they put a dent in my door trying to fix the panel. I took my car back for them to fix the dent. The manager of service Michael Kinheart told me they would keep my car for most of Saturday to repair. They didn't do any work on my car on Saturday because the dent repair people didn't work on that day. He failed to tell me that prior to me dropping my car off. I called him Sat, Mon and Tues and he would not return my call to let me know when my car would be ready. Additionally, I have an app on my phone that tells you if your car is unlocked and running. Monday night I happened to check my app and my car was sitting on their lot unlocked with the window down. My husband went to the lot at 10:45pm to go close my window because their was a big thunderstorm that was coming. He got to the car and rolled the window up right as the rain was starting. This dealership is careless and does not take care of your vehicle when it is in their care.
