My family loves this place. It’s awesome for organizing and for the minimalist.
You really want to know my experience, this place is a no brainer when it comes to evaluating it on Cleanliness & Service. Everything the owner Mr. Dharma wants to sell is sold on premium, which is still ok, now lets talk about the quality of the product. Don't forget you paid the premium compare to others and still you get stale vegetables & Meat products. Moreover when you call to complaint, what you hear back is worth wasting your time. I would highly suggest on not buying any meat item from this store, unless you want to waste your time/money. Mr. Dharma, I hope you get better with your approach and practices.
Disgusting store. spoiled produce everywhere. They do not bring out unspoiled produce until after an hour after opening. I would avoid shopping here.

Service tech was on time and really knew his stuff I am no longer a fan or customer of Sears and will never buy anything from them again after my last experience but at least the service can keep the customers they have

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Sears tech was to replace our tractor front wheel. While we were using it the wheel fell off, the tractor crashed, and scraped up the driveway. Fortunately nobody was hurt. It could have easily been a rollover crash and caused severe injury or worse. The wheel was overheating and started to smoke and the dust cap began to melt on the wheel. I called Sears service explained the situation and was promptly put on hold for nearly 30 minutes until someone else picked up the phone to schedule an appointment to send another tech out to fix it. Now we have to wait almost 2 weeks for them to come out. What a load of BS.
After bad experiences with two previous repairmen that Sears sent out (including long waits for special order parts that the previous repairmen did not have available in their truck), Dean came out and immediately diagnosed the real problem with the dishwasher. He had the required replacement pump immediately on hand in his truck, his installation was quick and professional, and he put the dishwasher completely back together (unlike the previous repairmen who left racks out on the floor and panels unattached). He even tightened a loose handle that I didn't really notice was loose but was putting off tightening until I "got around to it". I'm very happy and satisfied with his work.
I am a customer of Tom Thumb. It is a wonderful grocery store. I lived in plano for three and have years but I have never seen an associate like a guy called Terrence. It was Monday 18th of July around 10.40pm, he was talking loud on his cell phone a private talk. I stood there for a while and finally put my stuff on the table. He asked me whether I have the Tom Thumb card which I didn't have at the time. If u don't bring ur card any reason , the other associates do ask me my phone number which he didn't. He kept talking loud while he does the transaction. I told him how rude it is to treat customers like that. I am sure this is absolutely not Tom Thumb's policy. This rude guy will be a disaster for this store. I hope you would train him to be a better associate. Just a big mouthed associate. I gave him 1/10 4 z service he provided me .
Came prepared to solve the problem (non-functional icemaker) in one trip.Quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, installed the replacement part and was in and out in what seemed like about an hour!
