Before I entered the doors of VIP HONDA in North Plainfield, NJ, I was driving an old car and never felt safe. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the sweetest woman I've ever met, Janet . I have to admit, I was very nervous considering I never owned a brand new car before, but Janet was so helpful the nervousness immediately went away. She literally sat with me for hours (and I mean HOURS) to make sure I was happy, and happy I was!! I walked out of their with not only a brand new Honda Civic, but a re-assurance that I was safe. It's almost two years already that I have this car and she still reaches out to make sure I'm happy and everything is okay with the car! Still to this day whenever I get in my car, I go "ahhhhhh" and that's all because of Janet. So again, thank you for your help, if it wash't for you I would still be driving a crappy car! I HIGHLY recommend Janet to anyone who is looking to get a new car, because my experience is one I will never forget!!
You won't be disappointed with the service. I waited for my car. It was a pleasant place to wait. TV, newspapers, coffee, and bagels were there for the taking.
Everyone is extremely helpful & efficient. They obtain a loaner car when needed. Appointments are always available that meet my needs. Dealership is very clean & food & drinks readily available.

It is new years day my daughter wants a Honda. I told her don't bring your trade we will just go to see what you like and check price.The only place open was VIP. I'm 68 I have bought a lot of cars in my life and had some epic battles doing so. But their was no battle to be had today. Price for the car was great the price for her trade sight unseen was even better. We were treated like VIP.I can't say enough about how friendly and considerate everyone was .And no high pressure sales tactics I wish I could remember everyone's name that helped us but I'm old. HAPPY NEW YEAR VIP and thank you.

I began having trouble with my 2003 Accord at lunch time on a Friday afternoon. My battery light came on while I was on the highway. Since my battery is less than a year old, I knew it was my alternator. I called VIP Honda and was transferred to Gwen. Gwen was able to get an alternator for my call and scheduled me for Saturday morning. Went off without a hitch. The outstanding service provided by Gwen Melisi and her team is the reason I continue to purchase my cars (3 so far) from VIP Honda
