This Note 7 situation was not Sprints fault however, Sprint has done nothing but make this situation worse and lose loyal customers like myself because of HORRIBLE Customer Care and a HORRIBLE Manager in Plainfield Indiana. Russtin Trotter is the store manager and he should be fired. He delegates ALL of his problems to his employees (who were awesome by the way however didn't have the power to handle my problem). He hides in the rear of the store pretending to always be on a business phone call or on a break. When I asked who is his supervisor, He stated he isn’t allowed to give out that information. He has no people skills and refuses to assist any Sprint customer with special circumstances. I called Customer Care numerous times and they called the store and he just so happen to be on lunch or gone for the day. Sprint you have to find ways better serve your loyal customers who pay there bills and never give you issues. I have soooooo much more to say about my situation.
compared to att they were rude slow and didn 't seem to want to help especialy pre paid customers
Cut your bill in half is a scam. They get you in there then prices go way up. Dealt with josh in there for 4 hours lacked knowledge and honesty. Had to go to Avon and took guy there hour and half to fix his mistake
