VCA Animal Hospital of Plainfield

This is a wonderful place to take your pet! I had some issues w/another clinic & decided to get help elsewhere...they were so helpful & caring! Would recommend to anyone!

We have gone to Animal Clinic of Plainfield for many years for our pets and I would never consider going anywhere else. The doctors and staff are very loving and caring. They don't recommend tests that are not necessary and I always feel fully informed. They know our pets by name and will ask about the others by name when we bring one of them in. They are wonderful!

Stay Away! They don't care about the animals. These are money hungry thieves that have no place in pet care. If you take your pet to be tested for a very COMMON disorder because the pet is displaying all the symptoms of that disorder, they will suggest OTHER tests first that have nothing to do with your pets symptoms. You will pay hundreds of dollars before finally getting the test you originally requested. All the while your pet is suffering and not getting the needed medication. When they finally test for what you asked for in the first place and you were right, because you are a good pet parent and do your research, the vet will try to take the credit for the discovery. Then the vet will suggest you have your pet tested twice as often as needed, obviously for their own selfish greed. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere! Shame on everyone here that goes along with these practices.
