Jason and Sarah at the Plainfield location, went above and beyond for me. This was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be.

I have start using this location 1 year ago, I used to get my cars from airport but now Plainfield office is super good for me, they give me the best rate, very good manager, friendly staff, they go above and beyond to make thier customer happy.

Convenience of pick and drop off service is one of few that I like about this company. Pricing is comparable to competition, the only plus for me at this point is my location. Billing? Well, three weeks in a row rented for personal and business trips and each time they managed to overcharge me. Look over your account to ensure this doesn't happen. I have a car booked next week so this is going to 4 weeks in a row. It will help determine whether to keep renting from them, or not.
