Aisles are always blocked by your daytime stock crew. Like the customer dosen't matter, their work comes first. They watch the customers as if everyone is a shoplifter. And these women watching you have smug looks like "Uh-huh, I'm watching you".
I hired this company to complete my 2016 business taxes as this was my first year in business and I wanted my taxes done right. I submitted all required documentation by the end of January and did not receive a phone call that my taxes were completed until 5 days before the tax deadline in April. I was never granted the opportunity to review my taxes prior to submission as promised. I was only informed of the amount I owed and how to make payments. Long story short I was looking for my tax transcripts for 2016 on the IRS website and couldn't find any record. I notified Julie via email and she sent me back a response letter stating that my taxes were rejected. After reviewing the reasoning I discovered they entered the "wrong" social security number for my dependent. While I understand that may have been common human error on the agency's behalf I was disappointed with their lack of due diligence after receiving the rejection notification in APRIL. I should have immediately been notified. Instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake I was told that this was not an emergency and she would not give me a clear answer of when she would refile on my behalf. I even told her that I had hired someone else and she told me that was "silly". Today I received notification from the IRS that I was in fact penalized for "filing" my taxes FOUR months late. Also earlier this year I received an email with another clients tax information including him and his wife's w2's and contribution statements. I immediately emailed them back to let them know that they sent the email to the wrong person because I'm sure nobody wants their tax information sent to strangers.

The staff are so friendly the food is delicious and not costly, and they check frequently to see if you need anything. One of our favorite places to eat.
It is a wonderful and friendly place, the food is excellent the service is great. It is also very clean.
Consistent Cracker Barrel Old Country Store service and quality. Pleased with our visit. We will return.
Had to wait almost 5 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Coffee cup was dirty the waitress caught the cup. The plate my food was on was dirty as well. The waitress and manager were good at there job and took care of the bill. The hostess sucked though because she watched me come in and walk away for almost 5 minutes and other staff walked by me as well and didn't offer to help me.
Nasty people to deal with! Never ever will I do business with such tacky folks again. They even make it hard to contact someone even with a free 800 number.
