On Monday my wife and I applied for credit for azused vehicle. On Tuesday one of the phone ladies called to inform us we had been approved. It being a hour and a half drive I asked to confirm our approval! She said Dontae Hart was the salesman that was working our file and we were approved! Friday afternoon I called to once again confirm with Mr. Hart, he was busy so I left a message. He NEVER returned the call! Saturday we arrest the dealership 15 minutes before our appointment, we spent 20 minutes refreshing his memory and discussing the vehicle. After approximately 30 minutes he informed us that we were not approved. I struggle with being approved on Tuesday but not on Saturday! With the way salesmen descend upon a customer as they approach the lot much like circling vultures about to devour their prey, why deceive! Approved or not Approved is my question?

I have had nothing but a headache since I leased my car a month ago from Andy Mohr Kia in Avon. I have even had several family members work for Andy Mohr, and should have been treated like family - which I was promised. The follow through, communication, and service is beyond sub-par. I am highly disgusted w/ my purchase, and will not return.
Very unprofessional once you sign the contract even after they promise certain things you are avoided like the plague they are trying to establish a name in Bloomington IN. Iv'e dealt with Ray Skillman perfect customer satisfaction and Royal on the southside and Eastside both proffessional making sure the customer feels important even if you don't have the best credit. But Andy Mohr skirts calls and makes you feel unimportant so how they expect a loyal following is beyond me. Maybe since they have so many lots they forgot its people that allowed them that luxury and it still takes people to buy the cars so while Mr. Mohr does his commercials he is not in tune with how his people handle his customers that have put him in the lap of luxury. I was so excited to get a new car and its been a nightmare thank you Andy Mohr. I know my concerns won't matter and remain unresolved but at least i got to get it out no stars they suck. I had to give a rating a zero is the rating not a star that was not an option
All my previous eight car purchases except one have been through a franchised dealership and the experiences were all about the same, not overly negative or positive. From time to time I check various auto websites just to see what is out there. I discovered Luxury Auto Depot had, in my opinion, a real gem. I contacted them and spoke to Hernan. That was the start of a very positive relationship and one I do not feel I could ever have received from a franchised dealer and certainly one I have never had in my past experiences with purchasing a car. Working with Hernan was like a breath of fresh air in regards to the entire buying process and especially the personal attention I received after the sale. Hernan was very accommodating and I felt I got honest answers upfront to all my questions. He also went above and beyond to make my buying experience by far the most positive I have ever had and has earned my respect as both a person and a businessman. I will, without question, be a return customer. How Luxury Auto Depot conducts business and treats its customers should be held up as examples for dealerships of all sizes.
Beyond disappointed with the timeliness and thoroughness of the sales staff I directly worked with for purchasing a lease. There were many occasions that the loan officers from my bank had to send back the bill of sale because the information was incorrect (even the wrong vehicle was listed!). It has taken over a month. This caused not only my loan to purchase the vehicle to expire but also depreciate the vehicle- creating another loan inquiry with our loan officers and underwriters at the bank. I would not recommend this dealership.
We purchased a used vehicle. Andy Mohr Ford did not fix anything we were told they would fix for us at purchase. If you don't get it in writing they will claim it was an As-Is deal and not their problem, I didn't buy a warranty. The BBB wouldn't even help us out. The salesman was all in, telling us they would get a tire pressure sensor and the air conditioning fixed for us, when we were purchasing. They didn't fix either and claim the vehicle was sold As-Is. Beware of what you think you are purchasing from them...
I called the dealership sincerely interested in a cash deal on 2008 Mercury Mariner, we wanted to make sure that it was still available before we made the hour drive. We were assured it was still available and would be waiting out front for us. Upon our arrival we were informed that they had already had a deal in it from yesterday and had taken a deposit. But of course they had something else they could show us.....Rip off bait and switch thank you for wasting my time!
