So glad that I chose this office. I am new to the area and in the past have suffered bad dental experiences. When i made my initial appointment I received good advice from the dental staff and forwarded my xrays. They checked my insurance plan over the phone and I filled out my dental history (paperless) on the office website, which was signed when I arrived for my appointment. Also Stacie, mentioned in other reviews, was great. She took special care with my "Tori" that have caused my discomfort and pain with other dentists. Good job! I felt that I received state of the art dental care, personal attention and without extra costs that other denta-phobe offices have charged.

First, the office is well managed by Laura; the staff is friendly, they call you if an appointment opens-up early, they process your claims quickly, etc... Second, Stacey is a great dental hygienist, explains everything she does, always gentle when doing the work, and is also very friendly. You cannot go wrong with them!





Someone mentioned the dentist not being friendly, I am not sure I agree. They all seem very professional, do great work, but admittedly will not spend time asking you about where you went on vacation, did you have a good holiday, etc... I am OK with that because they do "great" work and explain everything quite well. Don't confuse not wanting to waste time chatting vs. focused work.

Plainfield Dental Care is amazing!!! Been a patient with them since 2006 and drive 45 mins to go there!!! It is worth it!!! The staff is so nice and helpful and Stacie is the best!!!

I have been a patient of Plainfield Dental Care for over a year and can't say enough about them. I find the staff knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I also want to note that much of my personal dental success I owe to Plainfield Dental as well as a super dental hygienist named Stacie Gramley. She makes visits to the dentist that much easier. it is because she has taken a personal interest in my dental success that I have improved so much. Thanks Stacie.

First of all, I make it a practice not to do reviews of businesses or individuals online; however, in this case, I felt taht the experience and service I received it was necessary.



Oftentimes, in today's business space, there are many individuals who make you feel as an inconvenience to them while they are at their place of employ. Ironic isn't it that you're patronizing their business and you're inconveniencing them by buying something to keep them employed.



By luck and picking a dentist from my new insurance provider a few years ago, I stumbled upon Plainfield Dental and have been seen by Stacie ever since as my hygenist. Interestingly enough, one would think, oh great, a new person to slice and dice my mouth up. In actuality, Stacie has a very warm demeanor and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She takes the time to get to know her patients and understand their likes/dislikes when it comes to dentistry (let's face it most people are terrified.)



The practice is lucky to have her on staff as well as everyone else that works there. Everyone is very nice and friendly and makes it a good environment to put people at ease. Not that I would want to go more than once every six months because it is afterall a dentist office, but if I had to, I certainly would.



I'd recommend Stacie and the group at Plainfield Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist's office.

I absolutely love this dental office. Everyone is very friendly and personable, which makes going to the dentist a tolerable experience. I absolutely dread going to the dentist since i have a low tolerance for pain. However, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my dental hygenist Stacie!!! She takes the time to really get to know her clients. She takes the time to find out what your needs are, and makes every effort to see that they are being met. I highly recommend Stacie, so much so that my kids even go to her and say "that wasn"t as bad as i thought it was going to be"... which in kid lingo means.... "It was a good experience and I won"t fight you the next time I need to go"..LOL Which is all that matters in my book!! Thanks Stacie!

ive been going to this location for over 3 years and i have to say that stacey is best hygienist EVER...i hate going to the dentist but knowing that im going to see stacey makes things so much better....she just makes me feel comfortable and at ease, she made me a promise the first time we met that every time i came to Plainfield dental care that she will always be there for me n she keeps her word...n did i mention she does an awesome job, when i leave my teeth feel smooth n refreshed...

STACIE IS BY FAR THE BEST HYGIENTIST IN THE AREA!!! I HAVE TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANED EVERY TWO MONTHS TO REMOVE STAINS (THATS BECAUSE I NEGLECTED MY TEETH FOR A VERY LONG TIME) TALK ABOUT A PERFECT WHITE SMILE WHEN SHE IS DONE!!! I CAN ONLY TELL YOU TO TRUST ME SHE IS WORTH SEEING. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DO TO FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN COME CLOSE TO HER SKILLS. I WILL SAY THIS IF SHE LEAVES I AM GOING TO FOLLOW HER WHERE SHE WORKS. This dental office is the best I’ve ever been to. The front staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make the experience very pleasant. My hygienist, Stacie Gramley, is the BEST. That’s the only world I can think describes her. Stacie takes the time with her patients to make sure that you not only get an excellent cleaning but she makes sure your comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail is not to be dismissed. Stacie is also a very inviting, friendly person. Her overall positive attitude makes a trip to the dentist a very unintimidating experience. Dr. Ferdkoff is absolutely the best dentist that has ever cared for my teeth. I’ve been to a lot of dentist, but no one takes the time, like he does to listen to where you pain is and make sure he fixes it. Dr. Ferdkoff, like everyone else in the office, is very kind and makes sure he keeps you as comfortable as possible while he works in your mouth!! A dental office can be a scary environment, but this one is very welcoming. You won't be dissapointed in the service with a visit to this dental office!!!!
