Clean Image Car Wash

BEWARE! As far as actually washing your car, they are OK. But BEWARE they will steal anything & everything out of your car. I still had the bag & receipt in the car but the item was no longer in the bag & when I brought it to their attention they said that was no proof they had stole anything. REALLY?? So would I use them again, sure, but I'll never even leave a penny in the cup holder and I'll never tip them again. If it's OK for the staff to steal, it's OK for me to not tip for their service.

I used Clean Image Car Wash to get my car detailed today... I got the full package, inside & out, including the paint restoration. They did a great job! My car looks brand new.



The most impressive thing, however, was that when I brought my car to them this morning, the manager came out to look at it and discussed the detail options with me. Then, when I picked up the car just now, he came out to the car to go over the car again to see if I was satisfied!



Now THAT'S customer service!
