This is why THIS regular customer will not be going back: Young lady at the window was real quick to take my money but after 20 mins of waiting, we get our food. Made a short and simple comment about it being a little slow (which is be a little more understanding if there were less than the 10 on staff at the time. In response, the same young lady at the window lifted her hand and shrugged. Speaking to the manager was about as you'd expect. She so respectfully informed us that when there is wrap around car traffic, walk up orders are not a priority, no matter you spot in que. Good to know. We watched them lose 3 customers while we sat outside and ate. They lost us for good. I'm a golden rule person. That's not how I imagine customer service should be at a restaurant that already appears in shambles. Bye Felicia.
I went to Subway location - 3605 S Orlando Dr, Sanford, Fl, 32773 at 11:45 p.m. , and the doors were locked, even though they are supposed to be open until midnight. An employee was visible in store. She heard me knock on the door, and would not open for business. I drove a couple miles to WaWa, which is where I'll be purchasing all my subs from now on.
Came for subs, left due to employees being drunk or high. They on some thing. Reeked of something foul wen I came in. Nobody was working. Slow service bad smell. When ibwas leaving one of the other eployees was outside smoking them car in a prepared a sub without washing hands. Yuck

Too bad this is my first review next time I will definitely review it when I have better quality food from this establishment. I travel a lot and this evening travel through Sanford and thought to take some church's fried chicken home its always been perfectly cooked seasons never miss a beat on service but this evening was the first time I was ever disappointed I got cold chicken that the breading was terrible I ordered the 10 piece I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy with corn on the cob I didn't even receive my mashed potatoes and gravy I got the corn on the cob though I'm pleased with but I'm not happy today with their service and I even them just because I know it's hard working in fast food places and people should get tipped and I'm a now past satisfied loyal customer today I hope they can beat up the customer service in this facility soon. I thought to call the facility up and to please note to the gentleman that answered the phone what is happened to my service today and my food and all he could tell me was thank you. Old facility that needs to be set up a little bit loyal customers coming back round.
Awsome customer service. This place is always busy with tons of locals but the staff and service is amazing.
