Keep looking. Can't really do insurance billing very well. Super annoying for repeated tests - you're a new client every time. Even when tests are repeated, and they KNOW what the patient's share of the cost is, they use an inflated estimate to collect a copay. Oh, but they really can't take cash, either. Incompetence is built into the system. I think they're counting on people not collecting the excess copays. Which makes their 'system' the moral equivalent of fraud. Did I mention that I'd try somewhere else?
