I’ve had experience with two recruiters from this office; TSgt Pyle was my first view of the Air Force and explained a lot about joining and career opportunities and was very helpful answering questions I had. He’s a great recruiter and very professional with the people he works with. 7 months later while on recruiters assistance program SSgt Lucier was a great impression on people interested in joining the Air Force. It was a good experience working with him and I could tell he was charismatic about his job and recruiting. Overall awesome recruiters and good experience with this office.
I have been going to this center for 3 years now, I have never missed an appointment, never had a bad test, yet in the last several months when I go for my appointments there is always some issue there. I find they now have favorites, and if you are not one of them, you get passed over and sit and wait, while they send in the favorites. Then when it goes to calling in a script for you, they tell us we can no longer get them in North County. I was advised if I switched to Mondays for my appointments, they would have a Doctor there to give a written perscription to me. In the 1st time the Doctor didnt show up for work that week and the next. Last time I got I finally got a writen scipt, then this week I am told they can call it in to my pharmacy. At 4 I go to get it, as I walk in Rite Aid my phone rings and I am told they never called my pharmacy. Now I have to make an extra trip to Pitsfield on our fixed income plus they dont care
