Blonde haired associate wearing glasses seems to be insincere and arrogant, and easily distracted by others while one attempts to have questions answered. Poor customer service. Rarely makes eye contact. I've been a customer with The Exchange since 1995 and in retail management since 1987. Dr. Jan Seski is an arrogant piece of work that doesn't seem to care about the patient. His staff was mostly cold and robotic, except for one nurse who seemed to be down to earth. I would not recommend anyone to visit this practice.
"Associate" Jan Seski is a trophy hunter. Patronizing his business will fund his hobby of murdering majestic animals for their head and/or pelt. Seems to me that there are a lot more ethical doctors that are as good, if not better. It's always your choice.
Offensive and inappropriate staff. Was in this location on 6/16/13 while employees Shaun & Chris were behind the counter, complaining about their jobs, complaining about other employees who weren't present, and making comments about "young teenage girls" coming in for interviews. I asked a 3rd employee who was stocking shelves if that kind of behavior was normal and the response I got was a laugh and "Yeah, pretty much." Terrible.
