Upon hire Lea froze my case for over a year telling me she couldn't expedite a decision on the Discovery find out by calling the Commonwealth Court that it could have been expedited and that same day the came with the decision. She never did any kind of investigation pertaining to my case. In over a years time never did anything at all to even represent me. It felt as if I hired a Wal Mart greeter for counsel. I gave her a signed affidavit from the key witness she didn't use it or subpoena her to even testify had another witness that stated he heard the witnesses say they'll do anything to get rid of me. Had solid information on every witness didn't use it. She had no cross examination skills at all. Could never get into contact with her it would go straight to fax. The only time she would respond if money was involved. She may need to go to a remedial law program to get better competence in her craft. Didn't use any witnesses or evidence just refuted and did a case brief. Throughout kept saying my case was special but never stated why then I found out in court. Kept saying she could win on appeal tried to stretch me out for another couple grand. She also told me she filed a motion to dismiss my case because the court took too long and sent me the motion she claimed she filed then I found out she never filed it and wavered my right without me knowing. After the pathetic showing in court I did better research and hired a professional attorney. Before hiring an attorney make sure they will work for you and not try to take advantage of you by taking your money with no real representation in site. If you hire this firm or this attorney know what your getting yourself into. I am an Army Veteran and live by the values and trust me when I say this. I can prove everything I posted.

Do not hire this attorney. It's your life at stake! He will tell you lies and bring other attorneys in to work your case ( PHIL MELOGRANE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO... ). He will not fight for you. I paid him thousands of dollars and he told me he didn't have a good relationship with the judge so I had to pay thousands more to get another attorney on the case. There are a million attorneys do not hire him or Phil melograne! Why does he have so many addresses - funny how more keep getting added..
I found the law offices of DRK under bleak circumstances, searching for a light at the end of the tunnel after my sensitive case was mishandled by my previous attorney. He repeatedly suggested I accept a rather unfavorable offer from the DA, and after multiple unsuccessful hearings, I was strongly considering doing so. Thankfully, I made the decision to switch counsel just in time. Atty Ricciuti, a DRK partner, served as my representative. The moment I met Randy, he struck me as a strong advocate for his clients. Well-versed and affable, he relieved my stress and anxiety by explaining the facts and the law of my case. His perspective was spot-on, and he devised a smart, efficient plan to reach a favorable outcome. After our initial consultation, I was extremely confident I would find the light at the end of the tunnel I had been looking for. Randy himself was a veritable life saver. He performed like a magician at the hearing, and as a result, my outcome was very favorable. I can’t emphasize enough how talented Randy is; he offers the complete package as a top attorney, delivering results effectively and efficiently. I can’t stress enough how DRK Attorneys are the epitome of excellence—highly educated, knowledgeable, well connected, very experienced and able to guide you through your problem and out of it, obtaining the best possible outcome—focused on your best interests. DRK both truly understands and practices the tenet of fiduciary duty. They know the court system & its players, but more importantly they know the law. DRK is highly recommended. I'd say they are the most well-rounded and effective team in town, their work & approach exemplary in all aspects. I truly believe that, with their vast experience and creative approach, they can handle almost any case. This review is my way of saying thank you to DRK Attorneys and to Randy Ricciuiti for your hard work, affability, candor, expertise, and assistance in making what seemed impossible. . . actually possible!
Criminal practice handling DUI, federal, traffic, and domestic battery / PFA cases
Do not use this lawyer. Very expensive. Doesn't keep promises.
I hired Mr. Fuchel for a DUI I had in Penn Township. Even though I had to plead guilty due to metabolites being in my system, this man did EVERYTHING in his power to check over EVERY piece of evidence from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Once finding out the cop who testified at the Magistrates that NO BLOOD WAS DRAWN, I was still on the guilty side because I admitted to the cop in the backseat that I had done a bag of the heroin that my PASSENGER was caught with (I had NOTHING on my person) and simply because I told him I was on parole and I cannot afford to goto jail because I'd of ended up sitting for 18 months easily (so I did what I had to do and admitted to something I didn't.). All in all, I screwed up and Mr. Fuchel helped me TREMENDOUSLY with this screw up! Next, He's coming to Butler, Pennsylvania for my Gag Non 2 hearing (probation violation hearing AFTER the disposition of my current DUI to see what they're doing with me) and I PRAY this man can either let them give me a slap on the wrist since I took it upon MYSELF to goto inpatient rehab (successfully completed) and IOP rehab (intensive outpatient - successfully completed!) and now currently doing outpatient therapy - one on one, so I'm hoping that gives me some benefits! Regardless, We'll see what happens at my Gag non 2 with Mr. Fuchel. If I end up on house arrest or nothing, I'll be satisfied! If not, Mr. Fuchel already told me he's going for immediate release on IPP (house arrest) or 30-60-90 days in jail (my parole is 11 1/2 mos. - 23 mos. - county parole). So, once my hearing is scheduled (I've heard nothing yet), If I'm not in jail, I'll be sure to add more to this review! Thank you VERY MUCH Mr. Fuchel! And ANYTIME I EVER get harassed by the police again or they want to search the vehicle I'm in, first off, Get a warrant and second off, here's my attorney's business card. He'll answer any questions you may have.
