I wouldn't even give one star but had to give something to write a review. The pharmacist here is the most arrogant disrespectful man I've ever met in my life! He talks about your private information very loudly infront of other customers. He ripped papers right out of my hands demanding me to look at him when he is speaking. I'm not sure who this man thinks he is but what he's done to me is NOT acceptable! I was humiliated by this man and no one should EVER be made to feel that way when getting prescriptions filled.

I've been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy for several months now and I have not one complaint. The staff are friendly, helpful and overall, customer service is awesome. I always recommend this place to family and friends!
I love this Hallmark store. Everything is visually appealing has a wide selection of merchandise and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It's my favorite.
Mike [pharmacist] and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and super quick. I've been going there for years now and would never considered going elsewhere.
Today is Thursday, the chick tells me it's Friday and she can't send me tickets for next Tuesday's appointment and that I should use the reimbursement tickets for my next appointment. ( then it's not a reimbursement is it) I called back and left her a message. Thinking today actually being Thursday would make a difference. called two more times and no answer at all, I did leave a second message after the third call.
The first review took the words out of my mouth. 100% accurate... great clinic and councillors. "Front office manager" should be fired.
I really wanted to give a quarter-star in each category but it doesn't let ya. Anyhow, this Rite Aid ought to do the world a favor and close down. Aside from being smack dab in the middle of a homie-infested neighborhood
Since this pharmacy moved to its new location, we have had many problems with receiving our prescriptions. Called several in and when we went to pick them up...only one was there. Nobody there knew why or even bothered to investigate the problem. We called the same prescriptions in for the second time. ..went to pick them up and only one was there again. Same response from the pharmacist who also couldn't tell me why the phone recording says," prescription transferred." This is not acceptable. Switched to Express Scripts. No Hassel and great service.
THE best pharmacists......professional , kind,go above and beyond....They phone doctors for prescriptions and at the same time field questions in person and via phone with patients in a calm ,caring manner.
