VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER. WORKERS ARE THERE ONE DAY AND GONE THE NEXT. ONE ROOM FOR ALL AGES. GIVES MINIMUM AMTS OF FOOD INSTEAD OF CONSIDERING THE AGE AND WEIGHT OF THE CHILD. YOU CANNOT GIVE A THREE YEAR OLD FOUR NUGGETS AND THE SAME TO A 12YR OLD, THEY WOULD NEED MORE THAN THAT. ONLY THING THAT IS PROBABLY GOOD IS THE HOURS. ANYTHING ELSE RUN AWAY,AND FAST

This was the worst place I have ever worked. The owner was so mean to all of the staff (except her favorites) and would yell at the kids. When I say yell, I mean get in their face and scream at them. She would put on a show when the parents would come and pick up their children. You can tell who her favorite families were. She would come out of her office and butter up the parents. She would degrade all the staff that she didn't like, she did this even in front of parents. If the roles weren't followed, she didn't care. When I spoke up saying that it wasn't right, she didn't care. She never changed and all she kept saying was I know more than you. The infant bottles were heated in the microwave rather than a crock pot, the infants were not held while being feed the bottle (they were propped up by a pillow or blanket). The toddlers were constantly being yelled at. Half the time I would tell the owner that we were out of ratio and she didn't care. She would say "your fine, you can handle it" and walk away. If the sate came in and saw it, she would then yell at the teacher and said "why didn't you tell me?" even though we would. Nothing was ever her fault. If you could go somewhere else, i would STRONGLY suggest it.
the WORSE daycare I have ever seen, the cost is high, well average, high for the care given to these children, they don't supply food, over charge for every field trip, pizza Friday's etc. The kids are running around with candy, a big choking hazard, or made to sit and watch tv constantly... the majority of the staff is NOT kid friendly, with the exception of 2 of them! My grandson goes and has come home with huge scratches around his neck, black and blues and the teachers don't inform us of these, we usually notice them at bath time, etc. I would NOT recommend this place if you care at all how your children, grandchildren are being cared for!!
While looking for a daycare closer to our new home, I found the above review. I have never reported anything on YELP before, but I had to counter the bad review above. The workers there are kind and caring. They care about my daughter and my family. The are not fancy or trendy - they are old school, and that is okay by me! They take the kids to the park and give them snacks. My daughter loves it. Occasionally she comes home with bumps and sickness, but we are talking about germy, clumsy 3 and 4 year olds. My nephews attend the center with her. There have been no complaints, and it is VERY reasonably priced (trust me, I am in the process of finding another and there is no where out there with this type of care and hours for this price).
This is a very unique Web store. The site is open 24/7. The merchandise is really unique, and it only took 10 days to receive my order, which is shipped from a Warehouse out of California. The office is located in Penn Hills, PA. You can call from 9:am to 6:pm to place your order by phone.
Brandi is very thorough and professional with families, nannies and children. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Nanny Source
Had my son in this day care for a little over a month, at first I really liked this facility and staff. Then I had a couple concerns, that I brought to their attention. (this is my first child and first day care experience) After that they were rude, ignored me, gave me weird looks, and I soon after removed my son from there. I thought if they were treating me like this then how are they treating my son during the day. They made me feel so uncomfortable about leaving my son.
This daycare is a very clean facility with a good location. If you have a very structured, regimented child, this is the daycare you would want to use. I gave 3 out of 5 stars for the reason that I have a busy, young , 3 year old little boy who is just starting to become structured, but not there yet. This daycare was unable to accommodate his personality style and lost their ability to try to work with him because the center is what was referred to as small. Some of the staff at this point would not communicate, and worked very unprofessionally. I loved this daycare from the beginning, however, they do NOT have the ability to work with children who need a little extra attention, and some of the staff lost patience very quickly. There were days that my child would scream when we got close to the center because he did not want to go anymore. If your child has a disability or is not fully structured, this may not be the facility that fits for you.
My son attended there from 3 months to 9 months :( (we purchased a new home and had to move). I love the daycare. The staff was always friendly and caring. They treated my son as if he were their own. I never had to worry about leaving him wether he was sick or cranky they always were just great with him. I will miss it very much. I wanted to share my great experience hoping that it will help others when making the very important decision on choosing a reliable daycare.
