Worst Hair Salon Experience I went here for my birthday cut 1 day before my birthday. My hair went from being pretty to green (by their mistake) and rough to now short, not bouncy at all and nothing like what I thought I would get for the money I was promised 🙁Being in the service industry they have no empathy at all to their clientele. Now 4 days post this rip off, after the first wash all the color came off. They bleached my hair multiple times to fix the green which in turn compromised the texture. They don't even use foils or wraps like other professional places to prevent patchyness between layers. So my hair are all patchily colored now.It was quite a pure rip off for $200, that I saved for my birthday cut. Posting here so no one has to go through the emotional distress I am going through because of this whole experience. Warning: READ THE FINE PRINT ON COLOR SERVICE BEFORE STEPPING FOOT IN THIS PLACE
You have ro pay for parking. No problem! I haven't been here about a year. I wanted a donut and few cookies. I told her my donut. I walked over to the cookies. There were fruit flies stuck in the icing of the cookies. The worker said it's ok it's just fruit flies!!! Never again! This place went down hill.
Doughnuts use to be OK, but on the pricey side. Not only did they changed the ingredients, but they had steeply increased the prices! $24 bucks for a dozen of doughnuts, and a dozen Danish!!! Much cheaper if not better quality doughnuts at Walmart, local Giant eagle, and Shop n Save! Save your time and money, TRUST ME!
I just moved to this area, and I saw there was this barbershop about a five minute walk away from home. So I checked it out and hoped it'd be a nice place to go to regularly since over half of my head is shaved and it needs kept up with every few weeks. If you're into REAL OLD fashioned barbers, who think women are idiots, oh and you must be a man, I'd totally recommend this place. However, if you're a decent human being, I would suggest a different place. From the second I walked in, I didn't like it. I got treated like I was some lost little girl who had no business in a barber shop. The first guy pushed me off onto another because he obviously didn't want to deal with me. They weren't willing to work with me. I didn't know the length I got last time and rather than going and trying different lengths like every other barber would've done for me, they just got some weird attitude with me. They talked down to me. My hair is short just like any other guys'. So I didn't see what the problem was. Guess I'm just missing the "correct parts." Glad I didn't waste my time and money here. Hope you don't either.
Second chair from the left. Cut off my mustache without saying anything about it before hand. Did not cut the hair on the top of my head when I specifically said I wanted it shorter. Spent 30 minutes coughing in my face. When I told him I didn't want him touching the rest of my beard, he had the audacity to say that he was "going to have to charge me since (he) was already finished with half" when all he did was clipper lines and shaving off my mustache without asking. This haircut looks absolutely nothing like the picture I showed him. I'm incredibly pissed off about the attitude I got when he screwed up.
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last week. They have the new copycake machine where you can put a picture on the cake. My daughter loved it that her favorite friend was on the cake too. The cake was delicious and sooooo moist! Everyone at her party loved it too! It was a great hit!
Such a great bakery find. Best baked goods in the Pittsburgh area. Fresh and delicious every time.
