The Real You is a complete health and nutrition coaching company. We offer individual and group coach, motivational speaking, workshops, retreats, cooking demonstrations, personal training, and much more.

The goal of "The Real You" is to help people discover their true self and their optimum health potential. Many times, bad relationships, stressful careers, or tragic life events get in the way and hinder one's optimal health--causing weight gain, low energy, or low self-esteem. "The Real You" is meant to get you back to who you truly are: the energetic, healthy, and happy person!
