        Overall

        I lived in Oakland for two years and I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. My apartment was amazing and the management was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Sterling Land Company.

        I TOTALLY agree with the above comment. The manager is VERY RUDE and treat tenants WITHOUT RESPECT.
