Don't go there!!!! I tried the Nutrimost diet and not only did it not work, it made me sick. About a week into this diet I went to me doctor for dizzy spells and told him about the diet. My MEDICAL DOCTOR told me that this is not a healthy diet and that my blood sugar was severely low. When I went back to them to tell them this they told me that he doesn't know what he was talking about and that they would not give me my 1,600 dollars back. So if you would like to make yourself sick and hand your money over be my guest.

I can't thank Dr. Ray enough. In 40 days, I lost 54 lbs and feel amazing. I was very skeptical, but this program is incredible. I'm considering doing the program again to get down to my college weight!



I personally know 5 of my friends that have done the program as well. They are all men over 40 and each of them lost 50lbs or more. I finished the program 8 months ago and the weight it staying off.

To be fair I lost 28 pounds on this diet but it was very difficult and not easy to do as the author of this diet claims it to be.It was not due to the intricacies of the diet but rather the non-refundable up-front fee of $1,650.50. I could not bear to think I wasted all that money. Otherwise I would have quit it immediately. They do not tell you until after you have paid them what the diet consists of. You are placed on a 500 to 700 calorie diet and are not allowed to eat sugar, oil or any processed foods. If you cannot eat shellfish, the number of permitted kinds of protein is further limited. Permissable vegetables include fennel and chard. Dr. Ray W. claims that you will feel no hunger or cravings on this diet; I experienced both from the first day to the last day on this diet. He claims that your metabolism will be changed by this diet but I gain weight just as easily now as I did before I went on this diet and every day I struggle to keep the weight off. I have found everything he has said about this diet to be a lie, and I would recommend to anyone considering this diet to look elsewhere.
