NEVER go here. I got a manicure and got a horrible infection in 3 of my fingers. I've been on antibiotics for almost 10 days. I've lost feeling in the tip of my pointer finger. Dr says its from the inflammation it interferes with the nerves and could take 3 months to come back. Took pictures and Drs notes in and the manager Laura. She is denying that it's from her manicure. I have $100 in Drs co pays and prescription. Refuses to compensate me. I guess it's normal to have puss coming out of your fingers, lose feeling in the tip of one of your fingers and be on an antibiotic for 10 days after a manicure. This place is the worst. Do yourself a favor and please never go here.

Point blank, do NOT go here. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. My pedicure I received was started off by a younger male probably 13 years old. Couldn't for the life of him get the foil and cotton ball on my toes to get the polish off. Then the next lady that took over did the biggest half assed pedicure ever! Soaked my feet in plain water, rubbed scrub on my leg's and put the new polish color on. Didnt clip my nails, disnt oush my cuticles back and clip them. Nothing. Such a joke. My friend who was with me received the same treatment. Needless to say we were both very unsatisfied as pedicures are not cheap. Then the man who painted my finger nails, made it look like my shellac has been on for 2 weeks already. Didn't put enough coats on so there's blotchy see through spots. My friend who got a manicure said the lady doing hers was filing her actual finger to the point where there's no more nail. We looked up the reviews for this place while we were there...wish we saw sooner. I can't even believe this is a nail salon. I won't ever be returning and I've made sure to deter people from coming here and wasting their money.



Rip off inconsistent pricing

Ive been going to this salon for 2 months.idk why I kept going back. Every time I went they charged me a different price. I always get a polish and fill. First it was 17 othen it was 20 then 22. The last time i got a fill, the two nail techs looked at eachother oddly, laughed then charged me a higher price then what i was told when i came in. My most recent and LAST visit I was quoted over the phone a price of $20 for a fill, polish and a simple zebra design on 2 nails. After i had my nails done I was charged $25. Don't go here. They are over priced and rude and as I said in the title inconsistent! Go to the mall or to Walmart. You will get WAY more for your money!



Great Place

I have been going to this place for over a year now and have never had anything less than great service! Andy is my favorite tech and he always does a fantastic job! The only thing I don't like about this place is that you can't leave a tip on your credit card so make sure you have cash to tip your tech.

This place sucks! Do not go here. Like the other review, the lady that I had was really rough. She made two of my fingers bleed AND two days later I got an infection on the side of my ring finger nail! Although, my appointment was on time, I had a horrible experience.



Highly Disappointed with Service - End Result Acceptable

I went to LA Studio the first time for pink & white full set. I called ahead of time to make an appointment, as I wasn't sure how busy they would be. The employee told me on the phone that I could have an appointment at 6:00 or 7:45. I had originally asked for 7:00, but I understood that time was already booked. When I arrived, the nail technician told me that she was running a little behind. I said, "no problem." I had no idea that "a little behind" actually meant an hour! I overheard the current customer talking about how thankful she was that they could fit her in without an appointment.

At 8:45, she finally finished with the other walk-in, spoke to me again and said she was ready for me. This was about 2 minutes before I was ready to walk out. She then answered a call on her personal cell phone while doing my nails. She was rougher than most other nail techs that I've used at other salons, and several of my nails were bleeding and sore the next day. I asked for the $5 extra gel coat on top of the nails. I think they rushed me out since it was well past their closing time (again, not my fault), but several of my nails were dull by the time I arrived home.

Overall, I was satisfied with the end result, but highly disappointed with the service & appointment. Spending 2 hours in the nail salon when I adjusted my schedule and called ahead to the make an appointment was unacceptable and I won't be returning.
