"badluck123456" is retarded. Way to do ur research on something thats going on ur body permanently. Didnt you look at her while she was doing it and when it was done be like "oh god its so bad", instead u just let her wrap it and walk out and decided to look at it a few days later after u took the wrap off?

I went to Kyklops two days ago to set up an appointment for my very first tattoo. I went in and they were kind of busy, every artist was tattooing/drawing up a tattoo. But as soon as the first one was done (Jason) he helped me. I told him what I wanted and he drew it up right away. I thought that was going to be all since most tattoo places I know of you have to make a down payment and then come back another day for the tattoo; but, he tattooed me the same day. I was extremely nervous since I was alone and never got a tattoo before. He made the experience very enjoyable. But, I near passed out when he was almost done because I didn't eat before I went. He took great care by lowering the chair so I didn't fall off and getting me a can of Coke to raise my sugar. The people here are extremely friendly and talented. I will be going back there in the future!
When I was looking to get a sleeve done I stopped in a few places before Kyklops Tattoo. But after talking with Erin and seeing her work I knew I had found where and who I wanted to do my ink. She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to draw it up to suit me. After driving from my home an hour for my appointments I was so happy with the sleeve I decided to get another sleeve done. Erin was also very easy to schedule with as it took almost 6 months from start to finish for me to get both sleeves done. I would also like to comment on Pete Larkin who also tattoos at Kyklops. While I didnt get any work done by Pete I witnessed his professionial work during my appointments with Erin. Even with his nervous and difficult clients he was nothing but reasuring and professionial. Kyklops is by far the cleanest tattoo shop I have been to. I do plan on getting more ink done and I will definetly be going back to Kyklops. If you want awesome work dont bother going anywhere else.

Professional, courteous, and extremely talented staff. I come in from Northeast Ohio as often as I can manage for all my piercing and tattoo needs. Everyone around asks where I get my work, and I never hesitate to tell them: Kyklops Tattoo, Pittsburgh!

Great place, people, and tattooing. I have been to Kyklops more times than I can count and every time is just as professional and inviting as the last. Super nice guys and even better tattoos. I have recommended all my friends to get tattooed at Kyklops and will continue to do so for a long time.

I've gone to Kyklops for tattoos and piercings, and I will never go to another shop. When I went in for my first tattoo, I was really nervous and I only had a rough idea of what I wanted. Jason was extremely patient with me as I explained what I wanted and what I didn't want. His initial sketch was so perfect, we didn't change a thing. He was very fast and very skilled when it came to applying that tattoo. I don't even need it retouched.
The tattoo staff was great and kept complimenting me on the tattoo. They were so awesome.
The piercing staff is cool too. I got my tongue pierced, and was worried about the placement. But they put it in perfectly and I haven't had any problems.
This is the best place to go for tattoos or piercings.
I went to to Kyklops to get my first tattoo and I spoke with Jon G and from the outset he acted like my first tattoo was not good enough for him. I came in there with a picture of the tattoo I wanted and all he did was trace it & did a horrible job at that- the flower had pointy petals & he did not make them pointy & he refused to change it so I accepted it but later he when I asked more questions for assurance he said that he wasted enough time with me and refused to do anything more with it (ie assure me of the colors that I wanted). Then after he put the stencil on me and I was unhappy with the location of a PERMANENT tattoo he said, "this is the last time I am going to move it & then I am walking away." I told him I wanted my first tattoo experience to be a pleasant one & since he said that he didn't want to waste time on such a small tattoo I decided not to waste my time on such an unprofessional stencil man! I went to another tattoo artist that does not steal other artists work and does not offend customers!
SO, I went in to get my tattoo and the pace was alright. The people were pretty friendly. I got an outline and at some parts the lines don't even connect. Also some of the lines are not straight where they should be. The tattoo is only about two inches in diameter and he charged me $60 for the crappy work. I understand they have a $50 minimum but $60 for bad art?? I don't recommend.
I have gotten 4 tattoos here. They are all top of the line and beautiful. Evan was my tattoo artist, and they're extremely willing to serve the customer. I have a conch piercing, but they didn't have any earrings in size 10 (that I liked), so I had them stretch it to an 8. They did it for free, and they are always sanitary. They totally rock!

A friend referred me to Kyklops, owing to the fact that she knows Evan, the owner, from high school. I had been planning to have a rather large project done for a couple of years, but just couldn't quite find the right artist to do it. I met Evan, and he was just as excited about what I wanted as me. He took my idea and ran with it, turning a rather basic idea into a true work of art of which I am imminently proud. He did such a fantastic job that I will never let anyone else do any work on me. Evan, and Kyklops, have a client for life.

I walked in and got my wedding ring tatooed by a girl named Erin. She did a horrible job; besides being uneven, almost none of it took. I called her a week later and she's goes well ........you can pay another $60 to get it redone. what a joke!!

My wife and I stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. South Side Tattoo told us they were closing in an hour and we would have to come back another time. Kyklops was closing soon as well. But, they afforded us the opportunity to get inked right then. Pete was very good. Easy to talk to, eased my wife's mind about getting tattooed.
Thanks guys. You rock! be back again soon
Hey, my name is Tori i went to Kyklops as a walk in last week and got my belly button pierced. (Seeing as how every other shops piercer was on vacation) My piercers name was Paul he was a big tattooed man i was scared he was gonna hurt me. But he didnt. I was very scared(&& im DEATHLY afraid of needles-i cry when i get shots lol). But he made jokes and made me very comfortable. My friends came with me, 1 had had her bellybutton pierced already and said that the place she went to didnt have nice piercing jewelry. They had alot of different choices they had a ring, and different barbells, (metal, blue stoned, pink stoned,white/clear stoned). Those were the only ones i seen but there may have been more. They also told me to soak it in seasalt water && some of my friends said their piercers didnt tell them that (so that was a plus) I recorded it & put the link up later.

ive been going to the tattoo artist named emil for all of my tattoos. i love him, he is the best ever. i was happy with every one of my tattoos that he did, over five of them. ive brought quite a few of my friends to go to him also, and every one left happy. i dont think i could go to anyone else, but i have friends that went to the other artists and also were very happy with the work. i see that some people dont like the conversation topics that the artists have, if you have a problem with that, a tattoo shop probably isnt the best place for you.

I went here. Not because i wanted too. But because the wait time at southside tattoo was a couple hours. Such a horrible mistake!!! They take you so fast probably because they get no business & oooh my..my tattoo i noticed after i took the bandage off was all messed up! the star is uneven at the bottom & looks like she had a shaky hand at the top. Then theres a dot of ink next to it..like oooops! omg i am getting so depressed. i payed 60.00! just for an outline of a star that's only 1 in.!
THEN i didn't get any instructions on after-care which is so very important! I said umm, okay. Just remember one thing...It's worth the wait and price for something that will ALWAYS be there! Don't go here!!
