The apartments are well maintained and in a very safe complex. The staff does a great job of handling any questions promptly and going out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. Never had or even heard of any complaints about their apartments or staff. This is by far the best realty company I've ever dealt with.

Sorry to read the other reviews. I've been renting with this reality company for a year now. Never any issues, when I have an issue they're sending someone out the same day if not the next. Very pleasant and understanding. Plumbing issue right now and Tom has been calling me to make sure it's being rectified. I haven't had to call and call he was there the very next day addressing the issue. Will continue to rent from them. :)

To be honest, they are the rudest real estate management I have even seen!

Rented in ridgeville st. Wont fix any maintenance issues. THey said you can deal with it. Didn't return the whole deposit back even if the house was returned back in good condition. Charged me for pevious tenant leaving stuff in backyard. WHen called to get money back, they said we charged you for less than what we could have. Don't do it.

I rented a townhouse with JCR Kelly for almost 3 years on Ridgeville St in Sq Hill. For the most part, the property was fine. This review is solely directed to the company and the bag of tools that work there.



They are rude, dishonest, cheap, and condescending. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not rent from them. Find a private landlord somewhere else. There are plenty of apartments in Pittsburgh. Do not put yourself through the hassle of dealing with this company.

DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!! VERY RUDE!!!!
