Run-down equipment, disgusting. Don't join.

I would not recommend this gym. I am still a member only out of

convenience and because I am moving soon. The equipment is not

good quality. The treadmills are not maintained well and often very

loud when you run on them. Some even make such a high pitched

squeaking sound that I've had to leave the gym it's so annoying.

Also, the equipment is disgusting. There is "crud" in all the cup

holders. Just this week, I even noticed the same piece of chewed

gum on one of the treadmills two days in a row. Disgusting. I've

never been a member of a gym where the magazines are so old and

out of date. And, for goodness sake, put a magazine rack up on the

wall. I'm trying to help my knees by working out. Not bending down to

find a People Magazine from last summer.I was a member of a

Gold's Gym in NC and have been to the one in Pittsburgh. Lightyears

beyond this place in terms of quality and professionalism. RUN, don't walk from Extreme!
